We are in a need of a competent and customer-oriented Receptionist/Order Processing Clerk to join the Lekiu team.

Responsibilities
·        Greet and provide widespread support to visitors. Including directingtruck driver to the proper loading bay duck.
·        Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
·        Act as the point of contact for external clients.
·        Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, parcel deliveries and fax.
·        Sent out parcel or letter as requested by office staff
·        Assist and provide basic and accurate information in-person and viaphone/email to customers
·        Maintain office security and controlling entry access (via Monitoringcamera and log book)
·        Create and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms to internal staffand external vendor/buyer.
·        Process purchase orders.
·        Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports andconfirmation: such as creating monthly prices list, confirming PO and deliverydate to buyer, and inform sales or buyer for any shortage item.
·        Develop, update and maintain filing system: such as office staff contactlist, office/sales record, policies, procedures and promotion.
·        Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product andservice inquiries: such as inventory, price and promotion
·        Respond, resolve and re-direct (if necessary) promptly tovendor/buyer/customer’s inquiries, complaints and request.
·        Forward vendor’s and buyer’s request to the appropriate person in chargesuch as forms, promotions, applications to the appropriate person in charge
·        Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
·        Provide feedback to management on the efficiency of the customer/office serviceprocess
·        Ad hoc tasks
Skills & Experiences
·        Friendly, customerfocused individual with previous administrative and accounting experience
·        An experiencedreceptionist/administration clerk with basic accounting knowledge
·        Highly organizedand able to work in a fast-paced environment
·        Possess excellentverbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
·        Demonstrate a highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail
·        Demonstrateinitiations in finding ways to improve productivity and possess the ability to workunsupervised and meet key deadlines
·        Energetic with apositive attitude team player
·        Punctual,courteous and reliable
·        Working knowledgeon Excel, Word and Outlook
·        Fluent English
·        Knowledge inCantonese / Mandarin is an asset
